Ordered my fish supper online at 1606 and had it delivered by 1645 so was quite fast. However, both the fish and the chips were almost rock hard and definitely were not fresh. 100% sure they had given me yesterday's leftovers. Will not be coming back.

2 items ordered . King rib supper superb But felt rightly or wrongly that special fish supper had either been overcooked ( very dark) or going by time I ordered to be a reheat - very dissapointed in this BUT will give another chance in case a one off !!

I've ordered multiple times to g46 area. On Sunday I was told that Gios don't deliver to my area and I'd obviously came and picked up previous orders before from the shop. Very strange encounter with a women who'd supposedly worked there for 4 years telling me I had never ordered from Gios before when I have proof of deliveries to the EXACT address. Return my money as you never sent the order out.

Fish suppers were fine but portion of Scampi at £6 was very dark / overdone, so it was inedible. Usually a good chippy but disappointing this time .

The recent price increase is just pure greed! £1, £1.50 etc added on to a supper! £4.60 for a bag of chips. Such a shame as the food is great. This long time customer won't be back guys ????
